RETURNS

 

Here at Bumble we aim to provide quality items and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that buying clothes online sometimes doesn't work out as you've never tried the item on. That's why we are happy to receive your returned items and issue you with a store credit or exchange it for another size. 

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with all garment tags still attached.

Items must not have any stains including makeup, fake tans and must be free from any scent of perfume or deodorant.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee, we do not accept any responsibility for lost items, we recommend using tracked shipping. We do not refund the shipping fee. 

  

HOW TO RETURN

Firstly you must email bumbleclothingnz@gmail.com with your order number, which item/s you would like to return, your full name and the reason for your return. 

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours, providing you with a return order number as well as the address for it to be returned to. 

You are responsible for organising and paying for the shipment of the return. We do not accept any responsibility for lost parcels and will not refund the shipping fee, we recommend using a tracked service to return. 

Once we receive the item/s we will send you a confirmation email with a code, which will be your store credit that you can use on any items of your choice.

 

EXCHANGES

If you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size please contact us at bumbleclothingnz@gmail.com with your order number, which item you would like to exchange, your full name and your size you would like to exchange it for. 

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours, providing you with an exchange number as well as the address for it to be returned to. 

You are responsible for organising and paying for the shipment of the exchange. we do not accept any responsibility for lost parcels and will not refund the shipping fee, we recommend using a tracked service to return.

Once we receive the item we will send you a confirmation email and send out your exchanged item. Any exchanges will be sent out to the customer free of shipping charge. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item/s have arrived damaged please email bumbleclothingnz@gmail.com with your order number, which item is damaged and include photos of the damaged item/s. We will be in contact within 48 hours to resolve the issue. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not accept returns on sale items, accessories or swimwear. 

We reserve the rights to deny items that do not meet the return requirements.

Once an item has been worn and/or washed it is not eligible to be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for any damage caused once the item has been worn.
